Ingredients :
1 small cabbage
1/2 red onion
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
2 blocks of ramen noodles (optional : use spice mix)
1/4 cup cashew nuts
Seasoning:
2 tbs Sesame oil
1 tbs Soy sauce
Cayenne pepper/hot sauce - to taste
Instructions:
Chop the cabbage and onion to thin strips
Break the noodles
Sauté the cashew nuts and then the noodles
Mix all the ingredients with noodles and add the seasoning.
