Crunchy cabbage salad


Prep Time - 10 mins

Cook Time - 5 mins Total Time - 15 mins

Servings - 6


Ingredients :

  • 1 small cabbage

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1 tsp grated ginger

  • 1 tsp grated garlic

  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

  • 2 blocks of ramen noodles (optional : use spice mix)

  • 1/4 cup cashew nuts

Seasoning:

  • 2 tbs Sesame oil

  • 1 tbs Soy sauce

  • Cayenne pepper/hot sauce - to taste

Instructions:

  • Chop the cabbage and onion to thin strips

  • Break the noodles

  • Sauté the cashew nuts and then the noodles

  • Mix all the ingredients with noodles and add the seasoning.
